certification profile is already connected but not show any certification

Hai, I still have problem to show my certification in my account. I have 2 Ms certifications in one MCID, one of them I must renewal in the near time. But I can do that because the certification not show.

    I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
