Bug on the webpart Highlighted content Sharepoint Online

Question

Hello,
I've tried using the Highlighted content webpart in order to show specific documents from a library to a specific person or group.
So for a specific document in the Audience Column of my library (which shows after enabling audience targetting in the setttings), I added myself, or a group in which I am.
But when I look at a Highlighted content web part in a page, where i defined it to look at this library, none of these documents show.
And I should be able to see it, because i'm in the targeted audience group.

I have tested in my SharePoint Online. The audience targeting works well in the highlighted content web part. If I am in the group of audience targeting, I can see the file in the highlighted content web part.

Please provide some screenshots about the document library, membership of the group of audience targeting and settings of highlighted content web part.
