hi today i created transport role in exchange server i notice dublicate role with CNF guid after role name and also issue with the accepted domain what is this and how to solve ??

In order to resolve the issue more efficiently, would you please help collect the information below?
- Do you mean that you created a transport rule, and you see duplicate rules (One of them with a CNF guid)? Please correct me if I understand wrong.
- About” issue with the accepted domain”, would you describe the issue in detail? Or post a screenshot of the issue (please be careful to hide personal information).
For various reasons, there are times when Active Directory may encounter a situation where multiple objects appear. The duplicates will be named with a CNF: [GUID] on the end of the name.
You could try to delete the object with CNF.Besides, if you mean duplicate Edge Transport Server. You can refer to this article: 2206666-duplicate-edge-transport-servers-display-in-ecp

Transport rules that you create are stored in AD, when you create, modify, or remove a transport rule, the change is replicated between the domain controllers in your organization.
And CNF means conflict. This can happen when AD replication is slow, and you can try to remove duplicate AD objects.
For Example: The first object creation will likely have already replicated before the second object is created. When the replication interval is reached, the DCs replicate and a collision occurs. The object that was created last will "win" and be kept, whereas the object that was created first will be renamed with an RDN in the format <original name> CNF: <objectGuid>. You will need to manually delete one of the objects, ideally the one marked "CNF."
