SCCM ADR error code: 0x80004005, error description: unspecified error

ADR rule deployed as per schedule some times, but most of time it stuck and has to run manually.
The WSUS sync and ADR deployment time difference is 2 hours, also changed upto 4 hours, but the error still happen.

    We can see the last evaluation time is 11/7/2022, but the log file is on 11/17/2022.
