Microsoft Teams Phone Standard - Resource Account license not available in add-on section for purchase

Question

Out of the information I understand that the Teams Phone System add-on had changed his name from Phonesystem Virtual User to Phonesystem Resource Account.
Although the Add-on isn't displaying in the Purchase section as the microsoft document says to follow.

Does anyone know where to add the resource account add-on for the Teams Phone System Standard licenses we are implementing?

Do you mean to assign Phone Standard licenses to resource accounts?

License purchases and assignments are made at the Microsoft 365 admin center. For each resource account, you must assign a Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account license or Teams

Phone Standard license. You could assign licenses by following the steps below. After the license is assigned to a resource account, there is a wait time for it to take effect.

1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, expand Users, then select Active users.
2. Select the resource account to which you want to assign a license. The resource account's user pane will appear.
3. On the Licenses and Apps tab, under Licenses, select Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account.
4. Select Save changes.
