Question

There is No GPS at shifts on an IOS device (Mobile )

i would like to use the Teams app "Shifts" for time tracking.

If i activate the time clock with GPS tracking it works perfectly on an Android device.

On an iOS (2 test devices tried) only the "play button" rotates when piercing without it going any further.

The privacy setup is correct, Teams is allowed to access the GPS signal when using the app. Is there another option to set?

If you are using Teams for ios version 4.20, please try updating to 4.20.1 and see if it would resolve this issue.
