Dears,

I have an SCCM ADR configured to deploy O365 updates and Upgrades on my endpoints. Sometimes it asks users to reboot their computers.
I already know (technically) the difference in behavior between Quality updates and Features Updates.

What I am looking for (after hours of research) is a document or url where those behaviors are written/explained. I have found this (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/overview-update-channels#semi-annual-enterprise-channel-overview) but it does not explain when or what triggers or not a reboot ..

I would like to get this " Microsoft statement" to inform users on how it happens. I got so many complains .. I am planning to go Intune really soon, that will help manage it better but still, I need this relevant information.

Thank you for your help !!!

G.

    Hi, @Gael

When there are some big changes on the registry user will be required to reboot the PC. There is no official document about this.
