java error

hi, I have a web application that connects to a site, which uses java. I prepared a pc with windows 10 x64 and java 1.6.x and the application works. i install java 1.8.x , it works the first time (right after installation). When I restart the pc, the java procedure goes into error. What can I check? what should i enable or modify ?

    Are you getting Java Error Code: 1603?
