Splitting a Forms approval through power automate

Hi All,

I am currently trying to digitise all of our physical forms. We have a telework form where half of it is filled by the user applying for telework and the other half by superiors. I have currently split the form to have the user part separate from the admin. Through power automate I created a flow where after the user part is filled in, an email is sent for approval. After the approval I wish to automatically have the admin continue filling in the form and then the fully finished form is sent to a generic email. Is this possible please?
