My personnal pc as do a ''migration'' (i dont know why and how) and now connect to azure and sharepoint (i see throught the firewall) and now all my pc is block by group policy! When i write the command dsregcmd /status in powershell all the information said that i am not azure user but at user there are WamDefaultSet : ERROR (0x80070422) what you think about that ????

seems like while accessing resources from your work or school you might have inadvertently registered the device to their Azure AD/MDM solution.
Check in Settings -> Accounts -> Access work or school if some connection has been added
Thank a lot to answer !That the problem i know how computer work and its not a mistake i just want that microsoft cancel this account i never join professional account and look the only place you can see professional account is in user exoerience ! All my pc and my other pc and also my phone are in that ... also my pc is all blocked impossible to disable or cancel something ,,, i format the pc and its the same story after 2 or 3 update ...!
@Bob you would normally disconnect work accounts on Access work or school which is under Accounts in the Settings app. Since I didn't see any accounts listed, then maybe check OneDrive app in the system tray. Having said that, using a local account is all you should need to do. Have a look at this Thurrott guide on how to set that up on PC setup. While the guide is based on Windows 11, it should be similar to Windows 10.
I deleted one drive but before he was activated and i never use it the pc was formated since 2 days it's not a 2 year of use with a fresh format it's easy to know what have been to do . Thank for your answer !
I just tried to create a local acount and my pc is blocked it do an error ... i will format my pc again and try immediately after new startup without internet connected !
