Unable to find my AZ500 scores

Hi, I tried to follow steps demonstrated in Microsoft doc page, but I couldn't find my score rather I am getting option to print certificate and share my credentials to credly. Please advise.

    I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Hi,

    You need to view the Past Exams section of your Certifications tab (this is different than certifications section), then click on View details on provider's site. Once you are on the provider's site, you can click to see the actual score reports. Link below should take you directly to your Past Exams list:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/certifications/exams

    It should look something like this sample:

    If you don't see your AZ-500 exam and/or are unable to go to the provider's site and view your score report using above, please follow DSPatrick's instructions and ask question in Microsoft Certifications forum so that they can fix your profile.
