Add Website in Trusted Site in Domain User Profile

I am unable to add any site in the Trusted site in Windows or Even Windows Server. Followed the Below steps to add a website to the Trusted site

Windows Control Panel> Internet Options > Security Tab > Trusted Site > Then add the Site in Trusted.

Post Click on ok i Open the Internet Options then Site is not displaying in Trusted Site.

Can you please help how I can resolve this issue? This is happening only on domain systems.

    You can add trusted sites using group policy:

    https://blogs.manageengine.com/active-directory/2018/08/02/securing-zone-levels-internet-explorer.html

    The internet options is probably restricted by existing group policies on your system.

    Hi,

    It can be a GPO settings prevent you to edit the list of trusted site manually.
    You can start by checking if there is any GPO settings by running the following command gpresult /H C:\temp\gpresult.html to control the list of Trusted sites.
