MS Teams always switch to built-in sound

I use the web version of MS Teams on Ubuntu Linux with Google Chrome. I have a bluetooth headset connected to my notebook that works fine in other applications, e.g. Google Meet, YouTube etc.

Unfortunately, Teams always switch to the built-in sound when I start a call. When I open the settings during the call I do not see my headset in the list of devices. Permissions to use the microphone and audio are set.

Any ideas what I can try to get my headset working with Teams?

Cheers, Ralf.

    Hi @Ralf Schneider

Please have a check of the following link to see if your bluetooth headset is in the list of the certificated devices:
USB audio and video devices certified for Microsoft Teams

If not, I am afraid this issue may be due to currently this device is not supported yet in Teams.
