Why can the custommer sometimes hear me and sometimes not with the excact same set-up in skype for business

Hey,

So I have this very annoying problem at work where I try to call a cliënt, hear everything perfectly, only sometimes the custommer doesn't hear me. It is not known when it will happen it seems completely random. I don't change anything in my settings, I have to use my private phone number now, just to make it work. Can someone please help me with this because this needs to finish, it has been for over a year like this now and I am not going to use my personal phone number anymore.

Welcome to Q&A forum and thanks for your feedback about this issue.

According to your description, it seems this issue is not happened all the time. To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend you try to follow these steps:

1)Check if your microphone volume or the receiver's volume is too low.
2)Make sure you have the stable internet connection when calling.
3)Clear the client cache file and restart Teams client to see if it can be fixed.

Thank you for your response!

This is not the case, it is tested by calling internally, which always goes correct btw.

We have a very good infrastructure here for internet, I can hear the client, they can't hear me, sadly.

Do you maybe have the file path to the Cache? I don't particularly know where to search, I searched in AppData but couldn't find anything.
