Get-ComplianceCase is not recognized

Question

Hi All

I am following below MS article and trying to execute the syntax. i am getting the error The term 'Get-ComplianceCase' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. is the syntax Connect-IPPSSession correct?

Make sure the account you are using is both an Exchange Admin/Global Admin and is a member of the Ediscovery Admin group.
and really the most important requirement is being a member of the Edis Admin Group.
