Problems installing SQL Reporting 2022

Hello

Fresh 2022 Server and an install of SQL 2022. Got the license key for SQL 2022 from the SQL ISO but SQL Reporting Service install reports the code is not valid?

Tried it on 2019 Server and multiple times? Any idea what i can try now? The license key is valid for SQL 2022 so why would it not pass the validation check for SQL Reporting server?

Check the firewall and Internet filtering settings.

Installing on vmware 6.7 virtual server.

    What does your SSRS edition look like? Different editions of SSRS may support different functions. You can refer to this link: reporting-services-features-supported-by-the-editions-of-sql-server-2016.
    Did you copy the product key exactly according to Microsoft's official documentation: find-reporting-services-product-key-ssrs?
    You can also look in the DefaultSetup file on your installation media for a key you can use at \x64\DefaultSetup.ini.

    Hi

    Downloaded the SSRS version linked to the SQL installer on the ISO. Whichever way i cut it, wouldn't accept the licence key. I tried all the listed methods of getting the licence key (all returned the same key) The key is valid and works to install SQL 2022 but SSRS just wont accept it.

    I ended up having to install SSRS 2019 using the install key from SQL 2019.
