The problem apparently was fixed after access (https://informacao.scm.azurewebsites.net/dev/wwwroot/ ... ) (Visual Studio Embed) by browser historic links .
After this access , the dashboard show normally .

@Vivit Corporation We are happy to hear that you were able to resolve the issue. Sharing the below information in case anyone else from the community has a similar issue.

The Azure portal relies heavily on browser cache and if this browser cache becomes corrupted, it can degrade your experience in the Azure portal.

To clear your browser cache on Edge:

    1. Select the ellipsis on the top right of Edge browser
    2. Select settings
    3. Search for cache in the settings page
    4. Select "choose what to clear" under the clear browsing data now
    5. Check the "cached images and files" option.
    6. Restart your browser

If the above steps did not work and you need immediate access to the portal, you can try an inPrivate window by selecting the ellipsis on the top right of Edge and select "new inPrivate Window"

Lastly, a second fail safe option if you need immediate access to the portal would be to try and use the Azure Preview Portal.

I am having the exact same issue as OP, but their "solution" did not work for me.

I tried following the steps indicated by @brtrach-MSFT . Clearing the cache did nothing, but I am able to access my resources through the Azure Preview Portal at least.

Also, it works in other browsers so might stick to that one until it "fixes by itself" or something. It is really a shame because most my stuff is in Edge and it feels weird having both browsers opened.
