but I dont want use NAT
Sounds like you'll need a layer 3 routing device. You may be able to get by using pfsense but it isn't a good solution.

Hello. I have internal and external networks in my Lab on Hyper-V. I want to route them like branch offices in two directions. I know the way to route Internal with External as NAT, but I need two way directions. Such that I can ping from external to internal resources. Is it possible? Thanks. In the future I'd like to add third network (branch office) such that all internal networks see each other and out to Internet thorugf external. Can I do it using one RRAS?
