I'm using SCOM 2019 10.1910050. I cannot add Linux/Unix agent from the management console. The button for adding Linux/Unix agent is missing.

I think I may have accidentally delete some management pack.

Any help is appreciated

    Hi @MSA ,

This is odd indeed, have you made sure you have the core UNIX/Linux management packs installed:

    • Unix/Linux View Library
    • Unix/Linux Core Console Library
    • Unix/Linux Core Library

Here's what it should look like:

You can download them from here:
System Center Management Pack for UNIX and Linux Operating Systems

Also what SCOM role does your account have?

Can you check for any related events in the Operations Manager event log on your SCOM management servers?

    Hi,

you can get the latest versions of the libraries here:

System Center Management Pack for UNIX and Linux Operating Systems

after you install those, especially the libraries Leon mentioned you should be able to see the option.

Thank you Leon and Stoyan, I have reinstalled the missing Unix/Linux MP and it solves the problem.
