Unable to pay invoice and unable to access account

I have a potentially strange problem.

At the beginning of the year, I created an account using the email: "roxin.cernica+newazure@Stuff .com".


  • if I try to login - it says the account doesn't exist.
  • if I try to recover the password - it says the email is not valid (like the format of the email)

At the same time I get an invoice on this email - an invoice that I can't pay, on an account I can't cancel.

I can't open a support ticket - since I can't access the account.
I can't find a phone number to call someone ...

I've been struggling with this for more than a month now.

    Checking with the given ID roxin.cernica+newazure@Stuff .com, I also found another outlook account new.roxin.cernica@harsh.com .com listed as account owner. Please using the right account to login to portal.
