Unable to claim Credly badge?

Question

I’ve recently completed one of the MS certs, but when I try to “share” the badge and get redirected to Credly, it just says on the Credly site that the page can no longer be found. My email address for both services is the same and my badges from other vendors works ok. Any ideas?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"
