Hi,

I cannot use my M365 development sandbox because my previous development environment was expired.

When I tried to create a new sandbox, I received several messages not to re-creation:

  • Sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Please try again in a few days.
  • Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.
    etc.

I have no idea to solve these issues. Does anyone give me the information about this?

Regards,

We understand that many of our program members work with multiple companies and want different subscriptions for different projects. Unfortunately, our program does not support that scenario. If you have a phone number associated with multiple email accounts associated with developer program tenants, you will likely be unable to request an additional tenant. Unfortunately, this offering can't scale to give someone 1 to n developer test subscriptions. By being responsible stewards of the program, we can bring more direct value to our members.

Our best recommendation is for you to log on to your existing tenant that you already have or let it expire and then request a new one. We are working to improve this scenario to allow you to quickly identify and remove old tenants so you can be unblocked in getting a new one.
