Lenovo P53 - BSOD loop after updating Windows 11 to 2H22

Windows 11 has run on this machine for many months until the 2H22 update. It loads with the update, and I can use Windows normally - until I reboot.. Then it goes to BSOD with INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE and then restarts and goes to the blue recovery options screen. No matter what I do from here (System Restore; Reset PC etc) I can get back into Windows but after a reboot same issue. Windows also does not produce any minidumps. I CAN boot into safe mode and get the nbtlog (but i feel this is from the safe boot) and event viewer logs. As I then need to continue working, I re-install WIN10 from a system image and then no issues. How can I work out what is causing the BSOD?

Look at the event viewer application error log created immediately after the BSOD.

You may also try BlueScreenView v1.55

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table.
