My Vm is Capped at 30fps

My vm isnt slow its just sluggish and looks like its 30 fps. Im on windows 10. I tried playing around with the cpu and memory that was allocated but didnt change a thing.

    Are you using RDP to connect to the Virtual Machine? If yes, it's worth noting that RDP limits the frame rate to 30 FPS as stated in this documentation

    For Azure VM running Windows 10 - all editions, the Frame rate is limited to 30 FPS.
