Upgrade antimalware client

Question

The important prerequisites to deploy endpoint DLP is your antimalware client version should be applicable. unfortunately, Most of my devices have an old version. so, What is the best way to upgrade antimalware client version to my devices? through SCCM, Intune, GP or What?

From Intune, you can check if the antimalware client has the install command and uninstall command which can install or uninstall silently without any user interaction. If yes, you can consider to deploy it via Win32 app and set supersedence. Here is a link with more details for your reference:
