For creating Office Online Server farm for SharePoint 2019 in Windows Server 2019,
now i have office professional plus 2016 ISO file its build version is 16.0.8471.8525,for installing latest build as mentioned in below article is new Office Professional plus 2016 ISO with latest build (16.0.10338.20039 ) available or can i use existing ISO file and install latest CU for office online server.

Hi @adil ,
Office Professional plus 2016 ISO with latest build (16.0.10338.20039 ) is available to download. Many people have successfully configured it.
Obtain the latest build release ISO from your organization's Volume Licensing Service Center Jump account, and then copy it to the server or servers hosting OOS.

Before doing anything, Save the current configuration and backup the whole server.

Get-OfficeWebAppsFarm > c:\OfficeOnlineServer.txt

Running this line of code will result in a text file with your whole Office Online Server configuration.

Thanks for your reply is it require License Key? and also share some links to configure new Office Online Farm with 2 servers.

The license qualify for OOS and passes VLSC, you can install the latest build(16.0.10338.20039 ).
