MFA account deleted

I recently created a new m365 domain and foolishly only created the one account. I had setup the MFA on it and had it working. While tinkering with some things, I decided to recreate the name of my domain and added a new user to that one and deleted the original domain user. To make this more simple:
NameA@keyman .onmicrosoft.com got replaced with
NameB@keyman .com

My authenticator was loging me in with nameA so I deleted that off of the app. Now when I try to login with NameB I get the request to sign in with the authenticator, but no longer have access to it.

What are my options? I have read maybe powershell scripts?

    HI,

Did you had backup of the previous Account in Auth App? If yes you can restore the backup and if you dont have any other account to reset your MFA for your account, you will have to raise a support case with Microsoft or call up the support desk.

    Hope this helps.
