Okay, so i discovered that i needed to 'relink' all of the linked files even though the path wasn't changed. This was for existing Indesign files following a transition to Sharepoint platform.

Hi everyone,
I am unable to print or export Indesign files that have file links to Sharepoint. I have selected to keep a copy of all the linked files on my computer however I'm still unable to print or export the Indesign file.
I copied all the linked files to another folder, not in Sharepoint, and relinked these to the Indesign file, and this works.
This is okay as an interim work around however want to keep all of my files on Sharepoint.
I'd appreciate any assistence with this issue.
Regards

Hi @SRJ
Sorry for this delay, I was on a long holiday before. As this problem is related to Adobe which we do not have the corresponding permission, I could not test it for you. What's more, 3rd tool is not supported in Q&A forum, so it is recommended that you post a new thread in Adobe Support Community so that you could get further help. Thanks for your understanding.
Best regards,
Yi Lu
