Recently replaced my iPhone and transferred all apps, but the Authenticator didnt load up nor do i have a back up. The old phone has been factory reset.
The only options to verify the account is by "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "Use a verification code" both from the authenticator app.
I dont have the QR code to scan and dont have an Admin as its a single use account.

    Hi Jade,

The process is restore the backup from cloud and if you do not have backup you will need to rrequest a reset for the MFA via your sevice desk.
