Migrate all objects in one schema from one Azure SQL DB and import as new one and need to transfer all objects to DBO along with permissions

Dear Experts,

For migrating all objects from one schema of one Azure SQL DB and import as new Azure SQL DB, I am planning to use SSMS for exporting the schema objects to bacpac and then import that as new Azure SQL DB.

Then, I need to transfer all the objects from that schema to DBO schema along with permissions.
Could you please provide your inputs for this step.

    If I understand correctly you are planning to migrate schema objects from one Azure SQL DB to another Azure SQL DB along with permissions and you are looking for steps/document
    For this scenario, you can go with Import and Export
    please follow the step process here for export and import
