Windows 10: Turn off Sticky Corners

Hi all,
I'm wondering how one can disable sticky corners in Windows 10? This is in reference to an issue that causes the mouse cursor to "stick" instead of passing through to another monitor if the cursor is right on the edge of the screen. This issue violates any number of basic UI design principals and causes tangential problems (e.g. the accidental closing of maximized windows) that can be severe in their impact.
We've had the following topics on this bug:
All of these were closed without an answer, so it looks like we need a new thread. How can we compel a solution to this issue?
