How can I move Certification to another Email

Hi there,

I have two work profiles/emails that I have been using to get certifications. Both emails are using the domain of my employer, therefore, if I ever leave the company I might lose my access to these profiles/emails.

Is there a way that I can move my certifications to a private profile/email?

I have tried using my home profile/email but it didnt work, saying"XXXXXX@Mahato, Ganesh .de is a private account. Select a work or school account."
