WMI Windows Management Instrumentation error

Hi!

It started a few months ago that when my WIndows 11 system starts, System Configuration turns off by itself for a few seconds after it starts. The same thing happens with Total Commander, for example. With great difficulty, I managed to investigate selective startup (reduced mode), and selecting each service one by one in Services (and then restarting them all) reveals that if I do not enable WMI, this error disappears. This is apparently the problem, as some updates can only be installed with the feature turned on. I did a "remedial" install where the installer only overwrites what the installer deems to be faulty, but it also turned WMI back on and the problem came back. Does anyone have an idea for an efficient solution to this problem?

Thank you: Attila
