Certification not showing in my profile

Question

Hi, I recently took and passed the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam. I have claimed my badge on Credly but I don't the the certificate in my Microsoft profile.
Instead I see:

Certifications
MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION

Do you have a certification profile?
The Certification Dashboard has become part of Microsoft Learn and you can now manage your certifications here directly.
Connect a certification profile to:

Manage your certifications, exams, and appointments
Renew your expiring certifications
Don't have a certification profile yet? Register for an exam to create one.
Browse certifications and exams

Please let me know what to do

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Credly is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

That page doesnt help because when i click on profile -> certification -> I see this: (see attached)

it looks like your MCID isn't associated with your Learn Profile. What happens when you click on "Connect certification profile"?
