Certification discount redemption issue

Question

I have attended AZ-900 fundamental course and received a mail that i can avail discount while scheduling an exam for the same. I am trying to avail the discount using the same mail id that i have used for registering and attending the event. Its been few months that i have attended the event. But no expiry date of the discount was mentioned in the mail i received. But now it is showing that i do not have any discounts assigned to my mail id
