Speak with azure customer service

How can we reach azure customer service not by text or forum but speak with a person in french ?

Create a ticket in Azure portal and select phone as contact method. Languages other than English are usually avaliable during working hours. You can also reach Microsoft customer service for business users using number: (0)9 70 01 90 90

As piotrpodlawski mentioned, the best way to get assistance via phone is by opening a support request if you have a paid Azure Support plan. Customer's with paid a support plan get 24/7 access to technical support by email and phone after a support request is submitted. We provide support in nine languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.

My pc has windows insider windows experience windows developper my phone is linked but it's hidden and managed by organistation in services agreement i use azure microsoft soundscape and power platform but just one problem i never subscribed to one of them service i have go on azure portal to contact customer service to help me and after log it write an error .
