We have a current valid certificate and when I checked the services IIS was not checked as a service to use the cert. I was on our ADC accessing ECP
I checked the box IIS and clicked save and received this error
Is it purely due to me making the change from ADC in ECP or is there a more sinister reason.
Does it work from other machines?

No, I was looking at some other SSL related issues that had recently appeared and noted the SMTP service was no longer using the SSL cert.
