Exch 2019 : Error adding service to SSL cert in ECP

We have a current valid certificate and when I checked the services IIS was not checked as a service to use the cert. I was on our ADC accessing ECP

I checked the box IIS and clicked save and received this error

Is it purely due to me making the change from ADC in ECP or is there a more sinister reason.

    Hi @Shane King

As far as I've remembered the SSL certificate needs to be changed on the Exchange Management console website, as well I've searched this article to guide you https://thesysadminchannel.com/update-ssl-certificates-for-exchange-2019/#:~:text=Update%20SSL%20Certificates%20for%20Exchange%202019%20by%20Generating,certificate%20from%20a%20certificate%20authority%20should%20be%20selected

Please let me know if you have another question about it.

    Regards,

    Fabian Campo.

We have to assign the self-signed certificate to the Exchange services with PowerShell. Before we do that, grab the thumbprint certificate of the certificate that you like to assign.
