Our Management Team have an oft template in Outlook that allows them to quickly send emails out to the business in a standard format when any IT incidents occur.
My question - is it possible to have a template on a mobile device so that they can quickly send out the same format of email?
Our Exchange infrastructure is currently on premise. Currently reviewing Office 365.

As far as I know Outlook Mobile does not have the capability to utilize OFT files. Here is a similar topic:
