SCCM and restart Computer Issue

Question

Hi,

I have created a Custom client Device Setting and add Computer Restart option

It means, if update is installed, the computer should be reboot after 14 days. I have deployed Windows Updates on the 11.14.2022, the software center should restart the computer automatically on the 11.28.2022.

But the user has gotten the message as following

any Idea why?

Like Jason said, the setting in client setting is related to your deadline of your deployment, you may check your deployment of the SUG, I think your deadline was set on 11.22.2022?

look at RebbotCoordinator.log, and tell me how many minutes you see for reboot?
also, what is the number of priority for your setting?
Do you have another client setting was deploy to this or these devices with (lower) number of priority?

The day you deployed updates is not relevant. What's the deadline for the update deployment?
