Hi!

I am having an issue trying to access both the Users blade as well as the Groups blade in Endpoint Manager. I am a global admin for the organization, but for some reason I am unable to view these blades. I have tried Chrome/Edge, Firefox browsers. I have signed out of everywhere through the security info section in mysignins.microsoft.com. I have cleared the browser cache/cookies and reauthenticated with Microsoft. I am still unable to gain access to those two blades in Endpoint Manager. Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts on how to fix this!

Thanks!
Keith

Thank you Crystal! I discovered that if I tried to launch the Endpoint Admin portal through MS 365 Admin, I was able to gain access to both the Users and Groups blades. I did notice the difference was the portal I was trying to use that was giving me an error was https://intune.microsoft.com/#home and the portal that launches from MS 365 Admin is https://endpoint.microsoft.com/?ref=AdminCenter#home. I guess that was the root cause of the authentication issue I was having.

    Thanks!
    Keith
