Hi, I don't really see the helpdesk side of the house. They use a pen drive to deploy the images. In SCCM I updated the Wim on the operating system image and redistributed it, Now the techs get an error that the path is unreachabe. Do they need to update their pen drive?

When does a techs pen drive need to be updated? Is that on a boot image change, wim change, updates slipstreamed into the .wim?

Thank you.

Depends on the bootable usb is created. If it is a standalone, then all referenced content in the TS comes into play. If it is not a standalone, then just the boot image.
