Office Update august/september 2020

Question

Hi,

I cannot update my office. Every time I open word/excel/any other office program from my Lenovo Laptop, the banner message and button "update" appears, but when I click on it, nothing happen.
Either if I go to file>account>update..same results!
Can anybody help me, please?

Could you please tell me what version of Office you are using?

Have you installed other version of Office before? If yes, make sure uninstall it completely.

Please make sure you could connect to the Internet.

Besides, please check your firewall and anti-virus software.

If they don’t work, repair Office online in the Control Panel.
