Square bugged system icons Windows 11

Question

Hello,

For some time some system (Windows 11) icons appear as rectangles. You can see examples on the screenshots below.

I tried to replace the system fonts files or resetting icon cache but neither solution worked.

Have you ever encountered this kind of issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?
