    Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    You're experiencing this issue maybe because it is not yet enabled. Please follow these:
    Turn off your computer.
    When the computer is turned on, press the F2 key to enter the BIOS.
    Visit the System or Hardware configuration page (this will differ based on BIOS).
    Seek out the AHCI or SATA mode.
    Enable AHCI or set AHCI under SATA mode.
    BIOS save and exit.
    We'll enable AHCI.
