How to automatically insert an APN for a cellular connection

Hello,
I'm using a computer with windows 10 that must use a cellular connection. I would like to write a list of APN so that, in case an APN does not work, the computer automatically tries the next one on the list, until it finds a working one.
I know i could define the list of APN in the settings, but i don't know how if the pc can use this list to my purpose. In any case, saving the list in a file would be better than use the list in the settings...
Can anyone help, please?

Kindly follow the steps provided below to resolve your issue.

To find this setting, select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular > Let Windows manage this connection. This setting is available when you're disconnected from the cellular data network, and it's applied when you select Connect.
