    Hi @CTLMANMI ,

outlook 2016 deleting emails from only one email address that we know of and not moving it to another folder.

When the emails are deleted in Outlook, are they still visible in OWA or cell phone?
Does this occur to a particular user/machine in your organization or it's affecting all users?
By "not moving it to another folder", do you mean you have already searched within the mailbox using the Instant Search but didn't find the message?

In case the issue is due to a filtered view, please select the Inbox folder, go to the View tab in Outlook and click Reset View:

Besides, to help narrow down if this is caused by any third-party add-ins installed, it's suggested to test using the steps below and check the result:

    1. Close Outlook, let the email from the specific email address come through to OWA or cell phone.
    2. Leave the message unread.
    3. Open Outlook in safe mode (press Windows logo key + R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and then check if the message would be deleted.
