NetApp CVO is installed on Azure VMs can any one help us to take the full azure VM backups for this NetApp CVO

There is no specific configuration required for NetAPP CVO azure VM's backups. You can use any existing backup solution that you have in place for your other azure VM's.
I have received the update from the azure support team like as below. and even we tried to configure the backups for normal other azure VM's process but getting error "VM agent is unable to communicate with the Azure Backup Service."
I managed to have a look from the backend and looks like both VM have an OS distribution ‘netapp|netapp-ontap-cloud|ontap_cloud_byol_ha|9.7.20210611’ which is not among the supported OS’s for Azure Backup.
VMs running Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016 with a version of VM Agent prior to 2.3 and the VM size is Standard_E64s_v3 or Standard_E64i_v3 - VM backup will not work on these VMs. VMs running Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016 - VM backup will continue to work as before on these VMs.
VMs running Windows Server 2016 with a version of VM Agent prior to 2.3 - VM backup will continue to work as before on these VMs. VMs running Windows Server 2016 with a version of VM Agent 2.3 - VM backup will not work on these VMs.
Update the VM Agent to a version greater than 2.3. Version 2.4 is available from the Azure Marketplace and try again.
NetApp cvo OS is Linux, Standard DS5 v2 (16 vcpus, 56 GiB memory) and below are the configuration.
