Snip & Sketch Window 11 22H2

Question

Hello, In my company our Windows 10/11 devices are managed with Intune Endpoint manager. Currently we do have an issue with the Snip & Sketch application in Windows 11. (Version 22H2 (OS build 22621.674)

The application only works as expected when I use the local admin profile. When I login with end-user profile and make a snip (Windows+Shift+S) I can make a snip however the application itself doesn't open. In my company the MS store is blocked by policy. Can I conclude this tool is depended on having access to the MS store?

I also tried to publish via Intune company portal. The application seems to be installed however it's still doesn't work. I hope you have a solution. Thanks.
