Whiteboard always has this error "We're having trouble refreshing this component. We'll keep trying."

My internet connection is good, but the Windows Store Whiteboard App always shows this error for me.

We're having trouble refreshing this component. We'll keep trying.

It seems to function OK, but wondering if there's something my end I can check to remove this problem.

Also why enforce tags, and then not have a tag for Whiteboard or allow users to create new ones?
