MS Edge opens blank page when opening a MS Outlook calendar invite. [O365]

Hello,
I have multiple users that when they open a new meeting invite, in Outlook, a blank MS Edge window will open up. Nothing will be in that window, just the spinning blue circle of nothingness. I have tried this registry entry:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Edge\IEToEdge
RedirectionMode 2
Rebooted and still the same. The version for at least 2 users is:: MS Outlook for MS 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64 Bit.
Any help in resolving this annoyance for my peeps would be greatly appreciated.

Does the issue also exist on the web side? go to https://outlook.office365.com/
First, we suggest that you clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that they are not causing your issue. This is often caused by a corrupted file in the browser. Please clear your browser's cookies by following the instructions on the link below:
How to Clear Your Browser's CacheTo confirm whether the issue is related to a specific meeting invitation email, is it an invitation email with an attachment? If so, we recommend that the sender create a new invitation without attachment to see if the issue is reproduced.

2022-11-29T14:06:36.25+00:00 We have OWA blocked for security reasons and has been for over five years. For my test user we cleared the cache and it still happened. We uninstalled office, rebooted and reinstalled office. Error was still present. Here is the step by step.
Open Outlook --> Open Calendar ---> Click "New Meeting" ---> Click "Location" this is when the Edge window pop up with the URL of: https://outlook.office.com/opx/******@jwaluminum.com/roompanel/?hostApp=outlookdesktop&culture=en-US
I have a total of 5 users now and the pattern is almost the same, for some users this happen on the first opening of Outlook for the day, then every meeting after that it does not happen. For others it is every time they do the steps above.

So every time I enter my calendar portion of outlook 365 and try to do anything albeit a new meeting/updating a Calander invite/typing within the meeting to indicate what the meeting would be about a blank web page opens. The frustrating part is as the new blank window pops up your kicked out of the program and you have to click to continue what you are doing and this can happen multiple times just trying to type one word, sometimes it's for each letter or a few words. This is extremely frustrating. Is there any solution for this as yet?
This only started occurring for me in October last year when the changes started being implemented, so I am thinking this is just a bug that needs to be sorted out. I just don't understand why it is taking so long. PLEASE HELP! LOSING MY MIND HERE

The problem is being processed by Microsoft's developer teams, we can hope for a fix by mid-April!
